Detail description:

Furthermore, the Nesp55 region transcripts remain strictly imprinted in tissues that lack Gnas-as. Our results suggest that multiple imprinting elements, including the unique Gnas-as, regulate the allelic expression of the Nesp55 region sense transcript.
