Detail:
ncRNA Symmbol:miR-150
ncRNA Category:miRNA
Interaction Gene Symbol: Cxcr4
Death Pathway:apoptosis
Expression Direction of ncRNA:down
Species:Mus musculus
Tissue:myocardial cell
PMID: 25466411
Detail Description:

In vivo studies showed that overexpression of miR-150 in mice resulted in improved cardiac function, reduced myocardial infarction size, inhibition of apoptosis, and reduced inflammatory Ly-6C(high) monocyte invasion levels after AMI. Wild-type mice transplanted with miR-150 null (-/-) bone marrow cells could reverse this protective effect. Mechanistic studies demonstrated that miR-150 inhibited the expression of chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4), thereby promoting monocyte migration.

Select the Level of Neighbour: First Neighbour Second Neighbour

The 'First Node' or 'Second Node' option represents the sub-network of interacting entry with the first or second interaction node, the 'Both the Nodes' option represents the sub-network of interacting entry with both of interaction nodes.
The 'First Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct interacting with the center node, the 'Second Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct or second step interacting with the center node. Interaction sub-network based on the two nodes of this interaction may help the researchers represents all interacting partners immediately.
